Concept 1: The Underlying Drone
Possible execution: A low-frequency synthetic drone can sit quietly beneath a selected institutional or public scene, creating pressure without becoming a permanent soundtrack.

Sub-Bass Underscore
Very low-frequency electronic sound can be felt as much as heard. At a restrained level it can create pressure or unease without masking dialogue.
Audio Distortion / Static
Processing a sound so it becomes harsh, broken or glitchy. A production could apply this to broadcast material if distortion supports its idea about public messaging or media control.
Sine Wave (Tinnitus)
A pure high-frequency tone. Used briefly and at a safe level, it can suggest ringing or disorientation after a sudden impact without relying on extreme volume.
