The Crucible: Design Essentials

Board lens: Not set

A stage-production still from The Crucible showing how one coherent acting space can support group pressure, authority and public judgement. — **One production, four departments:** set creates the rules of the space, costume shows who belongs, lighting decides what is exposed and sound controls pressure. The strongest answers make those choices support each other.

How to use this page

Pick one paragraph and adapt it to the extract: add one specific moment and one audience effect. That’s the difference between “nice idea” and “marks”.

Extract focus

Pick what your extract is mostly about. The four model paragraphs will rewrite to match.

Focus: Tip: still add one *specific moment* from the extract.
