Designing episodic, multi-role theatre

A live black-box stage concept for Find Me using six adult performers, wooden chairs, open floor space and warm overhead theatre lighting.
This production concept keeps materials deliberately limited. Verity remains visually central while chairs, actor placement, costume signifiers, lighting and sound do the work of moving between people, institutions and episodes.

What this task rewards: Abstract Technical Support

Wymark’s bare-stage instruction makes lighting, sound, acting space and minimal props especially important for communicating time, location and emotion. Each technical choice should support a clear interpretation of Verity’s isolation and the institutional world around her.
